When are the opening and closing ceremonies of the 2026 Olympics?
The opening ceremony of the 2026 Milano Cortina Winter Games is on Friday, February 6, two days after the start of the sporting events. Mariah Carey, Laura Pausini and Andrea Bocelli will perform at this event.
The event, produced by Balich Wonder Studio, will take place at the Milano San Siro Olympic Stadium, with other events around Milan and athletes’ exhibitions in Predazzo, Livigno and Cortina d’Ampezzo.

There will be both live and tape-delayed telecasts of the Olympics. US viewers can watch on NBC and Peacock.
