Iran’s opposition leader maintains internal contacts for “stable transition”

Crown Prince Reza Pahlavi’s Chief of Staff Cameron Khansarinia joins ‘Mornings with Maria’ to discuss the assassination of an Iranian power broker, the fragility of the regime and growing signs of a possible Iranian-led uprising.
As pressure mounts on Iran’s ruling regime, exiled Crown Prince Reza Pahlavi is still in touch with figures inside the country who can help ensure a “stable transition,” according to his chief of staff.
“He is in contact with the forces inside the country, including inside the state office, which at the right time, are ready to withdraw from this regime and ensure a stable transition,” said Cameron Khansarinia.

Prince Reza Pahlavi’s chief of staff, Cameron Khansarinia, joined FOX Business’ Maria Bartiromo on “Mornings with Maria” to discuss recent developments inside Iran and the growing movement among Iranians against the current leadership.

Khansarinia said the recent termination of Iran’s security chief, Ali Larijani, marked an important moment for the country, saying the official played a key role in keeping the regime in power and overseeing violent attacks on protesters.
“Larijani played an important role in arresting this criminal regime,” said Khansarinia.
Fox News senior strategy analyst Gen. Jack Keane (back) joins ‘Mornings and Maria’ to break Israel’s strikes on Iran’s leadership and assess whether the regime is about to collapse.
He also added that the official was very close to suppressing the protests following Pahlavi’s calls for Iranians to take to the streets.
“According to President Trump, more than 32,000 innocent and peaceful protesters have been killed,” Khansarinia said.

Khansarinia said many Iranians are preparing for the right time to rally again, noting that supporters are waiting for a signal from Pahlavi before launching another wave of protests across the country.
“The prince told them that he will issue a final call for them to enter the streets and bring down this regime when the time is right,” he said.
Khansarinia also pointed to what he described as widespread public support for the exiled crown prince as the country looks to a possible post-abortion future.

He added that Pahlavi was working to prepare a stable transition if the regime fell.
“The prince is the one person who can unite Iranian society from the military… and ensure stability going forward,” Khansarinia said.
