Costco has reportedly launched a new line of groceries, continuing its strategy of constantly refreshing its offerings.
The grocery giant, which usually introduces new products every month, has added a mix of sweet and savory items, from baked goods and desserts to ready-to-eat meals, according to Food & Wine.
It is reported that new items that have appeared in stores include Filled Heart Madeleines; Matcha & Chocolate Sandwich Cookies; Turkey, Pesto, & Swiss Cheese Packets; Meatball Panino-style Italian rolls; Chinese BBQ beef short ribs; kimchi pancakes and a Valentine’s Day themed version of Tuxedo Chocolate Mousse Cake.

Full of Heart Madeleines
Costco seems to lean into Valentine’s Day with heart-shaped madeleines. Soft, buttery sponge cakes filled with raspberry or chocolate hazelnuts.
Matcha & Chocolate Sandwich Cookies
Costco has introduced new sandwich cookies featuring Kyoto Uji matcha and Valrhona chocolate. A box includes 12 individually wrapped cookies and retails for about $15.
Chinese Beef-Style Short Ribs
Ruprecht’s Chinese BBQ style beef short ribs offer a convenient option with USDA Choice beef. Containing 12 grams of protein per serving, the short ribs are finished with a char siu-style sauce.

Tuxedo Chocolate Mousse Cake
Although not entirely new, Costco’s Tuxedo Chocolate Mousse Cake is getting a Valentine’s Day makeover at the bakery, according to Food & Wine.
The dessert – which appears to be topped with the word “love” in at least one store – includes layers of chocolate cake, chocolate and white chocolate mousse, brownie pieces and chocolate panache.
Meatball Panino
Costco’s Meatball Panino decorated Italian-style rolls that pack beef and pork, marinara and mozzarella are a handheld option priced at around $11 for two items.
Crispy Kimchi Pancake
The new pre-made kimchi cakes at Costco feature tangy fermented kimchi and pieces of squid and can be cooked quickly in a pan.

Turkey, Pesto, & Swiss Cheese Packets
La Boulangerie has added a new frozen bakery item to the Costco lineup. Each croissant pack contains 13 grams of protein and is filled with roasted turkey, Swiss cheese and basil pesto.

Last month, Costco added a delicious new item to its bakery lineup with the debut of Peanut Butter Monster Cookies.
Costco did not immediately respond to FOX Business’ request for comment.
