Raising Cane’s celebrates 30 years with a star-studded Super Bowl week

To celebrate its 30th birthday, Raising Cane’s threw a celebrity bash in San Francisco during Super Bowl week.

As colleagues like Christian McCaffrey worked a shift early Super Bowl week, to Matthew Stafford and his family chopping up chicken tenders almost immediately after winning his first Super Bowl, the party was thrown by owner and founder Todd Graves.

“Time flies, right? This is all I’ve done my whole adult life. And the best part about it, the same menu for 30 years, the same team, the same culture, the same vibe, the same people,” Graves said on Fox Business from the San Francisco Proper, where he hosts A-list celebrities.

Stars including Alix Earle, Jessica Alba, Emma Roberts, Machine Gun Kelly, Cardi B, Logan Paul, and more joined Graves for an unmissable Super Bowl weekend in San Francisco, featuring full hotel coverage and a series of outstanding events. The weekend kicked off with a special party Saturday night at Charmaine’s, followed by a pre-Super Bowl dinner at Villon’s on Sunday morning, culminating with guests enjoying the Big Game from Todd Graves’s Raising Cane’s suits at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara.

Graves realized a long time ago that sports can be a great opportunity to get celebrities of all kinds in the same room to build relationships.

“Before I was in the business, we lived and died during football season,” said Graves, a Georgia student-turned-fan. “It’s like, hey, football season is coming. My son is like, X number of days before it’s here, and when it’s over.

“But when I opened the north gates of LSU, it was in August, it was open during the football season, so it was a combination of coming to the Canes before the game, coming to the Canes after the game. Those game days were just hit on Friday night before everyone got fired. Being tied to that emotion, that’s what I wanted to get into, that energy of football, that energy of sports.”

Seattle Seahawks quarterback Sam Darnold will work in rotation to celebrate his Super Bowl title, adding to the list of celebrities Graves has worked with.

“I like to be a part of big events, pop culture, things that happen fast, sports is one of them. Being with people who are Caniacs, being with people that I respect,” said Graves. “I meet people and learn from people. So for me, I’m always around the business, but if I can have players, players, runners, learn from them in a different way – success is success, but there are different ways to do it, and it really inspires me.”

“Everyone had a great time and I got to build relationships. I brought together different people from different walks of life, different industries, and everyone had a great time, learned from each other, and created lifelong friendships,” added Graves. “So for me, I watch the game, but I get to sit next to somebody, and I get to walk around, and talk to somebody. The teams, all those things, everybody had a good time, created a good relationship, and we get a good marketing return.”
