A “solid black ship” of 1,000 rogue oil tankers that skips candy has emerged as a new target for the US and Ukraine, the top research fish of analytical technology.
Michelle Wiese Bockmann warned aging ships cause geopolitical risks and threats of $ 1 billion oil in Venezuela and Ukraine drone raids on the black coast marking both nations in their efforts.
“There are almost 1,000 ships around the world that have been condemned by Iranian, Venezuelan and Russian tankers,” Bockmann told Fox News Digital.

“This is a brand new problem with the US, and now Ukraine has signed that they will direct these ships in the same way,” he said. “There is a new plan to deal with this black fleet, which is a controversial way to get oil permits, and now when the US and Ukraine are attacking.

These ships have also been registered,” he said. “Their certifications for obtaining air at sea are incomparable, and they rely on international conventions to have the so-called right of innocent passage so that they cannot shrink.”
Bckmann said that the US forces have used legal tools including article 110 of the United Nations on the law of the sea, which allows boarding countless ships, to block these ships.
“It is my belief that they used Article 110, and they intercepted that ship, and they had every right to remove that ship from global commerce,” he said.
